The location here was awesome, being super close to Tree That Owns Itself. Almost everything was fantastic, but a few staff members seemed a bit dismissive at times. 🌟

The housekeeping staff was friendly, and in person interaction with the front desk staff was pleasant.
The bed spread had a bloodstain on it that appeared to go through to the blanket underneath and there was a pool of something sticky in the bottom of the tub when I arrived. Upon calling the front desk, I was told housekeeping was unavailable and they would call me after speaking to a manager. I never heard back, and the situation was not rectified until late the following morning. The internet service was extremely spotty as well, and television was difficult to navigate. And there was an additional unexpected 20 charge on the bill for I am guessing what was listed as a GA room tax. Overall, when compared to the rates and rooms I have stayed in previously in Athens, at lesser known, less expensive, and lower rated facilities, I was disappointed with the quality and amenities.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and compact. The excellent breakfast includes a refrigerator plus a double bed. The staff is friendly and professional. Early check-in and late check-out are available. The location is ideal and a short distance from everywhere. It's easy to get to Downtown Athens from the hotel.

It was easy to check in and out, and close to everything.
Only complaint was the shower was dirty.

Newly renovated hotel, cheap rooms and magnificent location. The rooms with refrigerator, king bed and an excellent breakfast. Early check-in, parking on site. Very clean pool. Location right by Athens due to an emergency, and downtown Athens bars and shops. Also, in downtown area.

When we arrived, they did not have the reservation we had booked through Booked.net. The hotel was very busy due to a sporting event but the manager worked with us for over an hour and resolved the situation. He was very patient and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The room itself was fine. Clean, well furnished. A few areas could need some paint. Our king bed had, I think, queen size sheets! Not so fine. No microwave, alas.
The outside staircase to our level needs its railings repaired. Broken welds have been "fixed" with hardware store brackets and screws. This is an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen. Breakfast coffee was instant from a fancy machine - ugh!
